My client are an international boutique investment bank with offices in Europe, US and Asia. The bank offer services for transactions in M&A, Capital Raising, Exits and Strategic Advisory. They are a very entrepreneurial business and specialise in technology sectors, the team are truly passionate about new technology and its impact in the world.
As the bank continues to grow, they are looking for a Senior Vice President to join their team in the London office. Your role will involve leading day to day execution of the transactions from identification, pitch to completion, with oversight by either a Director or Managing Partner.
You will be in charge of preparing accurate, insightful and timely analyses, presentation materials and other documents and will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day interaction between client management, multiple third-party advisors and transaction counterparties.
