This is a senior, high-impact appointment offering the successful individual the opportunity to play an important role in developing new relationships, originating opportunities and driving significant new business.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Developing and executing new business opportunities across the UK retail pensions market
2. Building senior-level relationships across pension providers, platforms, wealth businesses and other key market participants
3. Identifying and converting strategic opportunities into new assets and revenue
4. Developing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
5. Working closely with the wider commercial and institutional distribution teams
6. Representing the business externally and helping to further develop its profile within the retail pensions and platform marketplace

Candidate Background

We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:

1. A strong track record in UK retail pension sales/business development
2. Experience gained within an investment platform, pension platform, wealth technology or closely related business
3. A demonstrable record of originating and winning significant new business
4. An established network across the UK pensions, platform, wealth and intermediary markets
5. Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the evolving UK pensions landscape
6. The credibility and gravitas to engage effectively with senior decision-makers
7. An entrepreneurial approach and desire to play an important role within a growing business
