Senior Recruiter Asset Management - 12 month FTC

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an outstanding Asset Management Senior Recruiter to join the recruitment team at Macquarie. This exciting position is a great opportunity to work with a high calibre Recruitment team as well as adding value to our high-profile Asset Management business and HR stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

To be considered for this role you will have strong previous Asset Management, Private Equity or Investment Banking recruitment experience; having worked in either a Financial Services firm or a relevant recruitment agency or executive search firm.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be expected to provide a superior recruitment service and develop strong relationships with all our key Asset Management stakeholders. You will be responsible for stakeholder management, the direct sourcing of all permanent roles and a small number of temp/Fixed Term Contract positions across EMEA, managing the entire recruitment process.

You will also have the opportunity to become an integral part of Macquarie's HR community, working in partnership with HR Business Partners and Functional Specialists and taking an active role in wider project-based work.

To be successful in this role you will be familiar with a variety of sourcing channels such as direct advertising, LinkedIn recruiter, internal mobility, social media, referrals and CRM databases to source for active and passive candidates, work well in a team and be organised with the ability to prioritise your workload. You will be driven, self-motivated and passionate about delivering best-in-class service.
