We are looking for professionals with Programme Management experience to assist with the management and coordination of a LIBOR Transition initiative for our Tier 1 Investment Banking client. About the role

While your responsibilities can vary as the project/programme grows, they may include:

  • Working with multiple business and function areas to scope, plan, implement and drive the delivery of key LIBOR Transition areas of work
  • Identifying risks in the program / projects and managing these to ensure they are handled and mitigated
  • Engage directly with the business (business unit managers, desk heads etc.)
  • Communicate with regulators and drive change based on commitments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, including Front Office, IT, Operations and Risk
  • Maintaining program deliverables and documentation
  • You should have excellent Management experience, but also be able to be very hands on and get involved with the day-to-day project/program tasks
  • Other duties as required which fall within the scope and remit of the role

Who are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • 15+ years’ experience within Investment Banking, particularly with Tier 1 banks
  • Experience in end-to-end management and delivery of large-scale and complex regulatory driven programmes
  • Front to back knowledge of the trade lifecycle and excellent product knowledge (cross assets)
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of communicating with stakeholders across the bank, regulators and clients
  • Knowledge of LIBOR requirements, ideally having worked on LIBOR transition projects
