Tradition is the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition and one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products. CFT is represented in over 28 countries, employing over 2,500 people.
Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Product Manager to be based within the London office.
Main responsibilities within the Senior Product Manager position include:
- Working with senior brokers and IT management to shape and deliver on the STP strategy for the London group
- Building relationships with clients, identifying needs and delivery solutions in a timely fashion
- Working with STP vendor companies to tailor solutions to business requirements
- Becoming a subject matter expert on Post Trade technologies, advising and educating operations and front office departments on system capability, new features / workflows and assisting where needed on issue resolution
- Representing the business in industry post trade initiatives
Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:
- Experience of working within a similar role at Venues, Banks or Vendors
- Excellent understanding of STP trade flows across all FICC asset classes
- Sound understanding of multiple regulatory regimes encompassing the reporting requirements and technical workflows which underpin them
- Experience presenting to C level management (internal and external)
- Experience working with Operations teams for the delivery/on-boarding of new post trade solutions
- Experienced in establishing effective and influential relationships both internally and externally.
