An exciting opportunity has arisen to support Aviva's aspirations for profitable growth in our Corporate and SME Markets. The Senior Underwriter will be integral to the Commercial Technical Underwriting (CTU) team and lead on elements of portfolio performance, development of underwriting strategy and providing technical oversight and governance of the Commercial Liability account. CTU is comprised of technical subject matter experts across all Commercial Lines of business.
The team is central and integral to many programmes and projects within Aviva and works closely with and influences many other business areas. The role will also support and contribute to the expansion of our underwriting appetite and fast-growing underwriting capability. The position will allow you to up-skill across different areas and provide you with ample development opportunities within UK's biggest insurer!
The role can be based from anywhere in the UK however travel to our London office will be required.
