Senior Investment Analyst, Pan-European Real Estate Fund, London

Location: London, England, United Kingdom

Salary: £70k plus bonses

My client, a leading Real Estate Investment fund is looking to add an Analyst/Senior Analyst to their team in London. Currently the fund invests across a range of RE assets mainly in the UK but also wider Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Origination and execution of investment opportunities across the UK and Europe, not asset class specific
• Screening new investment opportunities
• Extensive financial modelling
• Creating reports and presentations for investor committee

Requirements:

• Up to 5 years’ experience in either a Real Estate fund and leading Investment Bank; strong deal experience across a range of assets and geographies
• Strong financial modelling (modelling test will be taken)
• Exceptional report writing skills
• Top tier academics
• Positive work ethic is imperative
