As an organisation that is undergoing huge change and transformation at the moment to optimise operational efficiencies, it is an incredibly exciting and challenging environment for a senior HR professional looking to make an impact. They are seeking a commercial, strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their commercial and fast-paced team. The role will support the technology function globally
Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives. You will ensure they are engaged appropriately to deliver the appropriate support in all areas including transformation, off shoring/ near shoring, OD, talent management, succession and development and leadership.
