My client is an International Financial Services institution who continue to embark on a substained period of growth, being achieved organically and also by acquisition.
They require a Senior HR Business Partner to join their HR team in London. Reporting to the Head of HR, who is also London based, the senior HR BP will support a selection of dedicated client groups and will be required to operate at all levels across these business lines.
It is essential that the HR BP can demonstrate deep technical knowledge across the numerous disciplines that form the HR function, due to the hands on generalist nature of this position.
Whilst not essential, they are keen to hear from applicants from the Insurance sector, but experience gained in a Brokerage environment would also be of potential interest.
