This well-known Retail Banking organisation is looking to hire 2 Senior Finance Analyst to join their commercial finance division. This organisation is well respected within the markets that they operate in and have a fun, dynamic and driven culture.
The successful candidates will be responsible for a variety of tasks, these will include but not be limited too; monthly management reporting, developing financial processes and delivering MI, working closely with Finance Business Partners and provide support to the Head of FP&A and Director of FP&A as well as other key senior stakeholders. You will be a key member of the team in co-ordinating forecasting solutions, assisting with financial modelling, reviewing and challenging business inputs as well as preparation of ExCo packs. As part of this role you will look at cost control as well as identifying growth opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a recently qualified accountant with an exceptional academic record. You will have hands on fp&a /financial analysis skills and ideally come from a retail financial services background with unsecured lending a big plus. You will have advanced Excel skills and financial modelling skills; any experience of working with Anaplan would be a big bonus.
