JR371 - Senior Manager, Customer Experience/Improvement (B2B) - Financial Services - Permanent - London - £60k - £80k + bonus/benefits Our client is a leading global banking organisation who are looking for a senior level customer experience and improvement manager to join the business.

You will partner with a large research function who conduct customer research for business clients (B2B). These clients will take advantage of the banking services offered as well as various product lines.

The post holder will have the opportunity to analyse research/data and suggest improvements for the business around customer experience across online and offline journeys. Being able to identify customer pain points or trends from surveys and collaborating with various functions to address.

Each client can have very sophisticated services so it is crucial that the postholder is comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects as well as hold excellent attention to detail, Ideally looking for someone who has used Net Promoter Score as this is currently being rolled out by the organisation and working as part of a large corporate business within a similar opportunity - B2B customer experience.

To be considered:

  • Expertise working in a similar B2B client customer experience capacity for a large corporate business
  • Experience working closely with research and insights to understand trends in customer pain points, analysing large data sets
  • Strong knowledge of using Net Promoter Score
  • Builds strong relationships with various stakeholders across the business
  • Comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects
