You will partner with a large research function who conduct customer research for business clients (B2B). These clients will take advantage of the banking services offered as well as various product lines.
The post holder will have the opportunity to analyse research/data and suggest improvements for the business around customer experience across online and offline journeys. Being able to identify customer pain points or trends from surveys and collaborating with various functions to address.
Each client can have very sophisticated services so it is crucial that the postholder is comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects as well as hold excellent attention to detail, Ideally looking for someone who has used Net Promoter Score as this is currently being rolled out by the organisation and working as part of a large corporate business within a similar opportunity - B2B customer experience.
