Financial Close / Reporting

• Preparation/oversight of UK management company books and records on a monthly close cycle with reporting to our US listed parent company.
• Preparation of annual financial statements and leadership of the relevant statutory and CASS audits

Regulatory Reporting

• Trade and Transaction reporting oversight

Tax Compliance

• Annual LLP and Corporation tax compliance
• Monthly VAT filings

Management Reporting

• Quarterly financial reporting pack for the UK management committees

Our client is looking for a strong accountant who has ideally worked in hedge funds/asset managers and is alo aware of the complexities of transfer pricing.

A good role to go in somewhere and actually make a difference as a controller...no 2 to the CFO.
