Senior Client Service Executive
Core responsibilities: Answering general questions and resolving daily queries from clients, Client directors, internal and external contacts. Co-ordinating transition process for new / terminated clients. Review and collection of account opening documentation including review of legal agreements and collection of AML/KYC information. Preparation of client presentation packs including the collation of performance data/asset attribution analysis data. Preparation of Due Diligence Questionnaires and Client Attestations Preparation of information included in Trustee/Director reports for client meetings. Attending client meetings to discuss administration processes, when required. Working closely with designated Client directors on all administration issues. Ensure management information figures are collated on a monthly basis. Input into various departmental projects. Ensuring that the client database information is always kept up to date with any amendments. Qualifications Solid experience in Client Service administration with minimum five year experience in Investment Management. Keen and enthusiastic personality who adapts easily to change, and works well in a team environment.
