My client is a well-known Asset Manager currently seeking an experienced German speaking Client Relations professional to support their German Institutional Sales Director. Individuals with experience of working with KVGs would be of particular interest.

The Role:

  • Provide support to the Sales Director to drive sales
  • Help to manage relationships with Institutional clients 
  • Act as first point of call for any queries
  • Regular liaison with sophisticated investors, including in person meetings
  • Cross-selling to increase investments from existing clients
  • Liaise with Sales Directors and Fund Managers, to organize roadshows and Fund update meetings
  • Event follow-up with clients
  • Generate peer analysis reports, analyse market data
  • Generate regular client communications
  • Project manage the Client Take-on process (both Legal and Operational)
  • Provide support to local European offices as requested as well as language support

The Candidate

  • Around five to ten years' experience within Asset Management
  • In-depth understanding of inner mechanics of Asset Management, including strong knowledge of equity and fixed income strategies
  • Must be business-level fluent in German
  • Degree educated and with the IMC ideally
  • Articulate and confident
  • Able to project manage complex projects
