Senior Audit Manager – Insurance
Reporting into the Chief Internal Auditor, with 7 reports of their own (including managers) this senior level role is very much a leadership one.
This role would suit an experienced Senior Audit Manager who has extensive audit and industry experience that is looking for a new challenge within the insurance field.
If you have a Lloyd’s background this would be very advantage, otherwise general insurance experience or have worked with an insurance portfolio within practice at this senior level.
Any exposure to transformation would also be great as there are a few projects to lead!
Assisting the CIA in providing independent assurance to the respective entities’ Boards / Audit Committees and senior management over the management of their risks and control environment and to improve the efficacy and efficiency of their control frameworks.
You will be directing, driving and delivering high quality risk-based audit services across all entities. Using professional knowledge and experience to evaluate risk and support in providing leadership to the internal Audit function.

You should be used to effectively managing a variety of simultaneous audits, being able to plan and co-ordinate work to ensure that it meets the required quality standards.
This role requires an excellent communicator, both internally and externally at all levels, and a natural motivator with the ability to resolve conflict.
