Our client, a leading mid-market private equity fund with a focus on the pan-European mid-market, is looking to hire an experienced Investor Relations professional at Senior Associate level. They have raised three successful funds to date and are in the early stages of raising their fourth and largest fund, making this an exciting time to join their growing team. They offer both private equity and private credit strategies to existing and prospective blue-chip investors, so you will be responsible for servicing a wide range of investors on a global scale. This is an exciting multifaceted role and an opportunity to be part of a successful fund with numerous prospects for growth within investor relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with the Head of IR and wider, global team managing all project management aspects of the IR function as well as leading strategic initiatives
  • Drive the preparation and maintenance of marketing materials such as investor presentations, PPMs during and in-between fundraisings
  • Engage with investors at multiple touchpoints answering queries, and liaising with appropriate investment team members to ensure high-quality responses are provided in a timely manner
  • Support on the execution of all fundraising activities, optimising investor communication and coordinating the investors' information needs through Due Diligence requests and on-site visits
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of investor meetings, AGMs and other ad-hoc events

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Educated to degree level with experience in private markets investor relations, client services, project management or sales support role - from either placement agent or Fund environment
  • Interest in and knowledge of private equity and / or private credit
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
  • Strong financial acumen, project management skills, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Fluency in an additional European language would be beneficial but not essential
