The Associate would join the London group originating and executing Real Estate Finance transactions across the full Real Estate spectrum with a mandate that covers all mainstream sectors.
The Hiring Manager is interested in candidates from a variety of backgrounds; however they are particularly interested in speaking to candidates with the following experience:
4-8 years’ Real Estate Finance experience in structured finance, debt advisory, project finance, lending products and/or capital markets
Understanding of the underlying legal documentation required for loan facilities and bond issuance
Understand security principles and able to negotiate and develop appropriate financial structures across the sector.
