Senior Associate required for team and deal leading role for a boutique investment.

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate to work with a dynamic, entrepreneurial Investment Bank that speacilaises in the Technology sector.

The business works with some of the largest technology companies, both listed and private in the UK.

The size and personal nature of the firm means you will shoulder alot of responsibility and have excellent exposure of a diverse portfolio of Global deals. Where you will work on industry defining transactions, which include public market deals.

The firm is based in London, they offer autonomous and flexible working arrangements which allow you to work in the office or remotely as required.

You will be responsible for supporting and executing transactions, ensuring close supervision of due diligence, collation of critical and complex financial data. There will be preparation of quantitative and qualitative analysis, across acquisition target identification, valuation assessment and shareholder impact. You will create accompanying presentational material, assist in the preparation of strategic reviews and public market guidance, including assessment of market expectations, to PLC Boards.

You will have an ACA qualification, as well as maths or science degree from a Russell Group University. Ideally you will have 2+ years of relevant Investment Banking/ Corporate Finance experience or equivalent in an accounting firm. You must have strong analytical and financial valuations skills. You will be used to presenting to clients in a concise and understandable manner.
