Our Investment Management Company Client is looking for a Securities Administration Change Coordinator to join their Investment Operations function. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate input of all related securities trades and transactions internal systems, whether by manually inputting, trade file oversight or managing exceptions from STP trades.
  • Investigating and resolving transaction discrepancies across all teams, particularly Securities Settlements
  • Performing second checking across team member’s tasks
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Propose control improvements within the team
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the manager and the team members
  • Escalate issues they arise

 

Required:

  • Understanding of the life-cycle of equities and bond trade
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and approachable attitude
  • Able to identify issues within trade files       
  • Attention-to-detail
  • Ideally experience / background within an Asset Management firm, Custodian Bank
  • Good organisational skills
  • Solid knowledge of equities, bonds, unit trust products
  • Proven experience of the end-to-end trade process
