Are you looking to be a part of the most influential company in the blockchain industry and contribute to the crypto-currency revolution that is changing the world?

If so we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Product and Technology teams, who will be responsible for monitoring and championing the principles of Agile within our software development and delivery in-house teams. The successful candidate will have commercial experience in Scrum Framework and have the ability to coach other members of our team in their responsibilities. They should be passionate about Agile and have firm influence, negotiation and leadership skills.


  • Coach the team in their responsibilities and objectives in Scrum Framework
  • Run Scrum seminars internally to help with adoption and understanding of the process
  • Lead Scrum Ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Scrum, Retrospectives and Reviews
  • Prepare and Present status of Sprints, Team Performance and Framework success to teams and management
  • Identify and Track KPIs in order to monitor, report and react to team performance and quality
  • Work with Developers and Product Owners to maintain Boards in Jira and other tools
  • Oversight of scope, estimates, timelines, quality, goals and deliverables
  • Negotiate with team members, product owners and stakeholders for scope and timelines


  • 3 years minimum of commercial experience as a Full Time Scrum Master
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 4 years minimum of experience in Agile practices and techniques including User Stories, Agile Games, CI/CD, Board and Scrum ceremonies
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Experience using applications like Jira for Agile, Scrum and Sprint management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team and with stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels using written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally
  • A professional, resilient, and flexible attitude and a hard-working can-do attitude
  • Flexibility and commitment to meeting objectives



  • £59 - £84k depending on experience.
  • Company Pension Contribution: 7% (before staff add in)
  • Annual Leave: 20 Working Days, 1 additional day of annual leave for each year of service with the Employer, to be capped at 33 (thirty-three) days.
