This nimble company is going through growth phase and are looking to appoint another senior sales professional to play a key role in growing their capital markets business. As an Account Director you’ll be given some existing banks to develop digital transformation sales within, in addition to opening doors at new accounts in partnership with their cloud partner. You’ll certainly have the freedom and flexibility to develop and execute your own sales strategy, with the benefits of a great brand, company and industry leading technology capability behind you. Appropriate applicants will have:
- Strong sales experience and track record of success selling enterprise technology solutions within the capital markets i.e. to either investment banks, brokers, asset managers and/or hedge funds etc.
- Ideally you will have sold either consultancy, application development / infrastructure technology services, cloud solutions, professional services and/or managed services. Some cloud solutions experience with either AWS, Google and/or Azure would be beneficial, but not a pre-requisite if it’s an area you would like to get into.
- A truly consultative solution sales approach. Looking for an ability to build strategic relationships across business and technology stakeholders within major financial institutions, to uncover pain points where digital transformation can solve their problems, have a beneficial impact and a demonstrable ROI on their businesses.
- The personal motivation and ability to contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team culture.
