My client, a well known and regarded Asset Manager, is looking for a proactive sales support professional who wants to develop their career in asset management and be integral in growing their business. They are looking for someone who has 1-2 years sales support/client service experience within the UK wholesale market.

Responsibilites:

• Work together with the Regional Sales Manager/Sales Executive to develop the market
• Help organise, support and attend the RSM/SE in meetings and events
• Provide your RSM/SE with sales and administrative support to allow them to pursue contacts on the road
• Develop a deep knowledge of clients, regions and products
• Answer incoming client queries on product and provide performance data
• Contribute to and partake in building co-ordinated campaigns for the desk to gather assets in a targeted manner.
• Work with Marketing to ensure presentations up to date
• Ensure Sales Force is complete with all meeting notes and tasks


 Essenrtial requirements:

• 1-2 years experience within client servicing or sales support at an asset manager
• Knowledge of the UK wholesale market
• Genuine interest in the investment management industry, with an IMC qualification or studying towards this
• Equity and Fixed Income experience
• Outstanding client relationship and communication skills
• High attention to detail
