Sales Support / Business Development Support - Investment Management

The Role:

Support the team of Internal and External Business Development Managers, allowing them to focus on sales.
Record Intermediary meeting notes onto the in-house system including feedback on our proposition and allocation of follow up tasks.
Complete meeting follow up with Intermediaries for External BDMs including the sending out of information packs. 
Produce client illustrations within agreed timescales.
Assist the Events Co-ordinator in the organisation of seminars. Assist BDMs in following up with Intermediaries.
Provide regular MI to drive activity and business in each geographical region.
Ensure regular catch up meetings with BDM team to monitor focus, strategy and responsibility and to ensure completion of actions.
Answer all email enquiries from Intermediaries as directed by BDMs.
Monitor and deal with Intermediary requests into the Sales Support inbox.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of core and non-core products (training provided). 
Collate Key messages and distribute action points from monthly BDM meeting.

The Candidate:

Prior experience in Sales Support
Upbeat, intelligent and service orientated
Outgoing with a proactive and friendly manner
Team player, also with the ability to work autonomously
Well organised, be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
Flexibility is essential in terms of the need to complete a variety of tasks
