FIS provides solutions for multi-national corporations looking to diversify short-term investments, enhance returns, mitigate currency risk and better manage cash holdings across the organization. The FIS SGN Short-Term Cash Management (STCM) portal enables corporate treasurers to research, analyze, submit trade and, settlement instructions and report on money market funds through a single connection

We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced sales professional to help grow our STCM solution.

Position responsibilities:
  • Take a key role in the business development of FIS's STCM asset class expansion initiative
  • Design and implement a sales strategy and effectively manage the sales cycle to include: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, business development, relationship management and closing sales within an assigned geographic territory
  • Develop relationships and successfully close deals with investors and issuers such as banks, broker dealers, corporate treasurers, insurance companies, hedge funds, utilities, state and local governments and universities
  • Utilize strong lead generation capabilities (including cold calls) to successfully penetrate client organizations
  • Identify and develop strategic channel partner relationships
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the short term cash management market and instruments like money market funds, CP, CDs, Repo and Separately Managed Accounts
  • Network at industry events to uncover prospects
  • Speak at industry events on business and industry related topics
  • Champion business activities that increase customer satisfaction
Position Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:
  • A proven track record in strategic selling
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills including presentation skills
  • The ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
  • .A proactive approach
  • Demonstrated history of successfully meeting targets for new sales
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing client relationships and working with brokers, issuers and investors
  • Previously authorized with the FSA/FCA or meets the level of experience necessary to satisfy FCA qualification
This role requires European travel.
