Risk Training Content Developer- Analyst/Senior Analyst
Reporting to the Regional Lead of Risk Training EMEA, and working with the Global Lead of this team, you will join with the specific remit of developing content for risk training across the region.
Key aspects of your role will require you to work closely with the EMEA Risk Management Group team leads to implement and manage a consistent training framework and implementation of the EMEA Regulatory Training plan.
You will be involved in assisting professionals to complete training needs analysis, aligned to the risk taxonomy, and coordinating the production, maintenance and execution of a regional training plan. You will assist in writing and editing training materials, including online courses and manage the production of online training.
You will be responsible for managing effective training record keeping, including full utilisation of the global learning management system. You will also work with colleagues within the Risk Management Group to ensure regulatory training deadlines are met.
Your organisational skills, partnered with experience in an investment banking, risk, compliance or regulatory environment and/ or your experience in learning and development, will be well utilised in this role.
You will have effective interpersonal skills, the ability to develop relationships across various business stakeholders, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to proactively identity and analyse problems and propose viable solutions. You will have the ability to wo work autonomously, deliver results within deadlines and have strong attention to detail.
