Responsibilities:

  • Managing the project pipeline, including quality assuring requests for funding and related business cases
  • Working with the Risk Chief Operating Officer to gain budget approval and release of funds and with the Risk COO team to monitor project spend against budget and escalating any concerns
  • Tracking project status against plan, and reporting status to various forums
  • Embedding project management standards and tools, including SmartSheets, across all projects
  • Tracking risks and issues associated with each programme and managing the escalation of issues as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Project and Change Management experience also writing and delivering project statuses
  • Demonstrable risk function background, with an understanding of Credit, Counterparty Credit and Market risk.
  • Confident and practiced communicator, with good stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Experience of working within a virtual change management organisation and capable of embedding best practices.
  • Strong IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
