The Risk Advisory practice at Deloitte has grown rapidly, and is a market leader in the financial services field. Following this success the practice is seeking to further develop its risk and regulatory change delivery capabilities. Role description

The Risk Advisory practice at Deloitte has grown rapidly, and is a market leader in the financial services field.  Following this success the practice is seeking to further develop its risk and regulatory change delivery capabilities.  These capabilities will be used to support work with clients across all aspects of risk and regulatory change from the early stages of helping evaluate how change will impact their business through to shaping, mobilising and delivering the change.

Hours

This is a permanent role (typical hours are 9.30 – 5.30pm) with a degree of flexibility. We do encourage careful consideration of agile ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a range of exceptional candidates, with a strong preference for those having operated with or within a leading global financial services institution or consultancy, who will bring:
 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders of all levels
  • An entrepreneurial nature
  • A graduate degree from a leading academic institution or equivalent.

  • Additional desirable experience includes:
  • Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging work environment
  • Strong team player with good organisation, planning

Requirements

Based on your background in financial services you must have:

  • Understanding of the practical impacts of changing regulation and the ability to determine potential strategic and operational responses
  • A strong desire to develop your expertise in delivering risk and regulatory driven change
  • Project management, PMO or business analysis experience
  • A basic technical understanding in at least one area of risk and regulation, for example, enterprise risk management or structural reform
  • Proven ability of producing high quality deliverables in demanding timescales
