Restructuring Associate

Exciting opportunity with Top Tier Investment Bank. Our client is expanding their restructuring team in London, Germany, and Spain and is seeking Analysts/Associates and VPs to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Review term sheets, legal implementation, and debt documents in detail, and conduct comprehensive analysis for negotiations.
• Build, analyse, research, and evaluate financial model and restructuring targets to determine potential impacts on cash flow, returns and other outcomes.

Requirements:

• Leveraged Finance/ Restructuring Investment Banking background.
• European languages are a bonus (Specifically French, Spanish, and German)
