Killik & Co is an award-winning Investment House, providing advice on savings, planning and investments to private clients. Founded in 1989, Killik & Co is one of the few remaining independent Partnerships, providing a modern approach, whilst retaining the sensibilities of a traditional and personal advisory service to help our clients achieve financial peace of mind. We are looking for an individual to join the Fixed Income team in Mayfair, as Research & Portfolio Administrator.
The primary role is to provide administrative support to the Fixed Income service, which will include:
- General portfolio management and research administration support
- Maintaining databases, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date
- Maintaining departmental content such as bond lists
- Document preparation for meetings
- Assisting with report or chart requests
- Managing the team’s schedule
In addition to holding a minimum of A-level qualifications (or equivalent), we are looking for individuals with strong numeracy skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, proficiency in Excel and a strong attention to detail. An interest in investment markets (particularly corporate bonds) is advantageous, as is prior experience with using FactSet and Bloomberg, but not essential.
