Job Description

  • Proactively manage relationships between Link and designated clients.
  • Maintain strong ongoing client relationships based on frequent contact/review meetings.
  • Provide day to day technical excellence in meeting client share registration needs, including attendance at client meetings and the provision of attendance records/ballot services as required.
  • Monitoring progress and delivery of specific service commitments given to clients.
  • Ensure client awareness of other Link services and facilitate cross sales.
  • Derive maximum commercial benefit from all client relationships by advocating the cross selling of Link products to clients when judged appropriate to their needs, bringing in expert assistance as necessary to close sales.
  • Defend fee income, specifically by anticipating likely competitive threats and resolve fee negotiations to the mutual satisfaction of both clients and Link under direction of Senior Management.
  • Ensure designated Assistant is trained sufficiently to deputise effectively in every respect.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in the Share Registration Industry or other relevant Financial Services position.
  • Minimum 2 years in a client facing role.
  • Possess adequate working knowledge of LSE, CREST, Companies Act and City Code Regulations and where relevant FCA regulations.
