An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team in Markets Operations which is responsible for ensuring the regulatory reporting obligations for the Commercial Bank (CB) are met. The team forms part of a growing function within Markets Operations and operates in a fast paced environment, playing a pivotal role by acting as the interface between CB and various functions across Markets Operations. There is a clear focus on providing an exceptional service to external customers and regulators while attaining the highest standard of operational excellence.

As our successful candidate joining this ambitious team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that submissions to a number of major regulators are timely and accurate such as Dodd Frank, EMIR and FCA (MiFID I & II) Transaction Reporting. You'll support a vast range of activities that span across, FX, OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities and Equities which offers fantastic career development prospects and industry exposure.

Key accountabilities:
*Working to provide resolutions to stakeholder queries, applying business acumen to ensure a complete end to end service is provided
*Managing key client relationships taking forward issue resolution and implementing optimal solutions
*Providing a central point of contact between the CB Markets and internal support functions across Markets Operations.
*Resolving and escalating queries and issues within the team, act in a timely and diligent manner
*Liaising with other stakeholders of the Group in order to educate accordingly, in the ever changing regulatory landscape, implement best practices and exchange information
*Attend Market forums as a Lloyds Banking Group representative and ensuring information is being cascaded to the wider team
