Your team
You'll be working in the Global Regulatory Reward team, split across London and Germany and working with teams in Switzerland, the US and Asia-Pacific. Our role is to ensure we monitor, advise on and implement regulations that impact compensation at UBS on a global basis, as well as advise and provide reward support to line managers, employees and other human resources colleagues across all business divisions in the UK and EMEA. We help by giving advice on regulatory reward matters and policies.

Your expertise
- 3 to 5 years' experience in remuneration in the financial services industry, with experience in regulatory compensation
- a graduate degree
- advanced Excel skills
- good writing skills
- a strong team player who takes initiative
- a multitasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
- able to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- willing to grab an idea and shape it into a structured project
- an excellent communicator, with good written and spoken English. Any other European languages are an advantage given the geography that the team supports
