This is a exciting opportunity for an experienced FS recruiter to join a growing team. It is a perfect opportunity for either someone in a similar role in-house role or looking to move in-house from an agency. This role will also be recruiting for offices across the UK and will require UK travel. We are looking for a proactive individual to attract and retrain talent for our business.



Description of Role and Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a recruiter with FS experience to join a growing team.  You may already be  doing a similar role or looking to make a move In-house from an agency.  You will proactively attract and recruit experienced talent for the business.  Will also coordinate the recruitment process across the different business areas.  The role will be a UK wide role and UK travel will be required.

Assist with establishing a recruitment function

  • In partnership with the business and HRCs, assist with the establishment of a centralised recruitment process in line with business requirements.
  • In partnership with manager and HRCs, provide recruitment / interviewing workshops across IW&I, consulting with the business on what a good recruitment process looks like
  • Assist with rolling out new recruitment process across business areas as appropriate

Ongoing management of recruitment

  • Partner with business units in order to provide a full value add recruitment function – sourcing directly + through agencies
  • Partner with HR Consultants & Recruitment Coordinator on the management of live recruitment
  • Work closely with the business, establishing recruitment requirements, and aligning these requirements into a formalised recruitment plan/strategy
  • Design a recruitment process fit for purpose and specific to the function, with a focus throughout on candidate experience
  • Support the business to ensure the role profiles and adverts clearly articulate the requirements, and set out the expectations of a successful candidate 
  • Interview candidates where appropriate
  • Provide regular recruitment data and statistics to management
  • Assist with building, monitoring and reviewing the recruitment agency preferred supplier list
  • Manage recruitment agency relationships
  • Manage and control supplier invoices
  • Partner with the HR Service Delivery Team to ensure a seamless and timely recruitment process with a focus on candidate experience
