We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to join a vibrant and busy office in North West London, NW3

THE ROLE:
• Answering and fielding all calls
• Emailing messages
• Taking all deliveries and distributing post
• First point of call for office visitors, arrange refreshments and meeting rooms
• Daily incoming post collection and distribution
• Daily outgoing post drop off
• Ad-hoc DHL waybills and client notifications
• Managing accounts with suppliers
• Managing all aspects of IT, cleaning, telephone suppliers and main focus on functionality within the office
• Source and book all overseas flights and hotels for staff when travelling to client meetings including arranging any visas
• Assisting with the arrangement of client and staff gifts
• Ad hoc requests as and when required


THE PERSON:
• Smart, presentable and articulate
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Well organised and adaptable
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
