You will be responsible for the relationship management of local and international clients, both existing and potential. Involvement in deal team in the analysis, structuring and seizing of terms and conditions of real estate transactions including risk and pricing modelling. Preparation of credit papers for the Bank’s credit committees to underwrite real estate financings. Negotiations/ executing the due diligence and documentation process. Preparation of market, product and portfolio reviews. Execution of large commercial property financing transactions, Preparation of cash flows & financial modelling, Supporting a Director, Credit analysis, Supporting new business development.

- Minimum 3 or more years in Real Estate Finance.
- Banking or Financial services experience
- Experience in the development and underwriting of international real estate finance especially in UK market.
- Credit trained
- Financial, Business Mathematical background.
