The Real Estate Asset Manager will work within this established Asset Management firm, supporting the effective management and acquisition of real estate assets, through Real Estate analysis and implementation of strategic initiatives
The Real Estate Asset Manager will be influential for the teams Financial Modelling. Strong Financial Modelling skills are essential for this role.
The Real Estate Asset Manager will be proactive in the Asset Management of predominantly office and logistic buildings in Belgium, Netherlands and the UK.
The Real Estate Asset Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of Real Estate asset strategies with a view to maximizing value and return.
Management of external service providers, property managers, letting managers, facility managers, joint venture partners , lawyers
The Real Estate Asset Manager will negotiate lease contracts with major tenants and will prepare and update business plans, budgets, forecasts and reports on property, portfolio and fund level.
The role will also involve comparing actual Real Estate performance to the relevant market benchmarks, implementation of profitability calculations and discounted cash flow considerations when analysing Asset Management strategic decisions. Strong Financial Modelling experience is essential.
Direct interaction with financing banks and preparing presentations, reporting, valuation and financial analysis documents.
Support in acquisition process of Pan-European real estate investment and work closely with the Portfolio Management team.
2-5 years’ experience in Real Estate Investment Management / Asset Management
Strong numerical and analytical skills – with strong Financial Modelling skills is essential.
French language skills is preferable but not essential
Degree in Economics or Real Estate
Pan-European knowledge and experience would be useful - European languages or multi-linguist capability an advantage
Entrepreneurial in nature with drive and ambition.
