Selby Jennings is looking for a technical investment analyst to join our client's logistics team. We are keen to find profiles with a strong background in financial modelling, as well as prior experience and interest in the logistics sector. The role is Pan-European, with a high-level of exposure,given the clients strategy of deploying large amounts of capital into the sector over the next few years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the senior investment professionals on the deliverable of their Pan-European logistics strategy
- Perform physical and financial analysis on strategic decisions and potential acquisitions
- Prepare investment briefings and memorandums for the investment committee
- Help on origination, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, execution and disposal of real estate transactions
- Perform detailed industry and market analysis
- Oversee modelling requirements
Job Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a Finance, Economics or related field of study
- Prior experience within the RE industry - preferably with logistics coverage
- Detailed background in financial modelling
- Strong analytical skill set
- Additional European languages are beneficial
