The Role:

We are seeking a motivated RFP writer to join the Global RFP team. You will be part of a team responsible for writing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) upon request (as well as managing Consultant Database strategy across M&G), predominantly for M&G's Private Assets strategies. Work will be completed for Institutional clients such as Pension Funds, Insurance Companies and Sovereign Wealth Funds. They will work closely with M&G's internal clients across the global business.

Your Key responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for delivery of high-quality RFPs and DDQs on M&G funds to institutional investors, specifically focussing on M&G's Private and Alternative Assets strategies. These include (but are not limited to) - ABS, Real Estate, Illiquid Credit, Leveraged Finance and Real Estate Debt.
• Liaising with Investment Directors, Global Distribution team, Performance, Risk and other relevant departments within M&G to provide high quality, tailored responses.
• Keen to develop deep knowledge of our strategies, investment more widely and the markets in which our managers and clients invest
• Motivated to learn about the needs of our clients - be they internal M&G sales teams or the investors in our funds
• Become part of a growing centralised team which covers all asset classes, clients and regions across the business
• Be part of wider Institutional Distribution projects, including Institutional competitor analysis and research

You will have:

We are looking for you to have strong working experience of Asset Management RFPs with the ability to demonstrate initiative to improve RFP processes and content. Experience working with Private Assets is a plus along knowledge of Institutional Consultant Databases. You will ideally be degree educated and IMC qualified or working towards this. We are looking for you to have a keen interest in the industry and knowledge of the desired investment outcomes of Institutional investors.
