Quantity Surveyor, Associate Director, Real Estate
Introduction

Our client is a well-regarded management consultancy with a strong presence in London and a reputation for delivering high-quality cost management and QS services across some genuinely interesting projects. They're growing, they're ambitious, and they need the right person to help lead that growth from the front. The London QS team is a close-knit, senior-led group working across a varied portfolio of projects - the kind of place where your input actually shapes the direction of the business, not just the spreadsheet. You'll be stepping into a role with real weight: leading delivery, advising clients at the highest level, and taking ownership of commercial performance. To be considered, you'll need to be MRICS chartered, have a strong QS and cost management background, and be genuinely confident using CostX day-to-day. On top of that, you'll need a track record of winning and growing client relationships, experience managing or owning a P&L, and the people skills to lead, mentor and develop a team. Sound like you?
