Responsibilities within the role will include:
Assessing existing and prospective KYC submissions for approval and as part of periodic reviews.
Performing QA reviews on transaction monitoring alerts and sanctions screening.
Providing guidance and support to front line staff on AML/KYC policies and procedures.
Actively working to create solutions and improve KYC processes and service from a QA perspective.
The ideal candidate will have AML/KYC experience within another bank or financial services institution, with knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations and requirements. Previous experience with JMLSG guidance is also very beneficial.
6 month FTC with a salary of £35,000 pa and opportunities for extension beyond the initial 6 months.
