Programme management for strategic Multicurrency/FX service working with all business functions and technology teams to deliver and embed the strategic change in fast moving organisation.  

About You 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven track record of delivering similar programmes in a regulated environment.  Passion for working in a fast paced, customer-centric, and innovative environment is essential. 

Driven self-starter with the ability to manage the overarching objectives and help sort detailed problems as and when necessary.

Team player with strong communication skills to help direct, drive, influence and support all areas of ClearBank to ensure successful outcomes.

Open, honest and transparent with collaborative style.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Programme management of Multi currency/FX programme
  • Direct, influence and support virtual team and work with all stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure expectations of all key stakeholders are managed clearly and effectively
  • Direct and manage multiple workstreams across ClearBank as a whole   
  • Programme governance and reporting (internal and external)
  • Oversight of all programme risks and issues - ensure all risks are mitigated or risk accepted by appropriate business owners.

You should apply if you have:

  • Extensive programme and project management experience in a related role
  • Good understanding of international payments and multi currency accounts
  • Broad understanding of FX Cash products – front to back.
  • Previous experience of managing FX projects in regulated banking environment
  • Experience of working with agile technology teams
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organisation; including senior stakeholders, heads of function and C-Suite. 
  • Strong problem-solving capability
