As a specialist problem solver, solution finder and senior team leader, the Program Managers aim is to ensure the design team and community operate seamlessly and at a high performing level, across the breadth of the delivery process. Building optimal communications amongst teams and partners, and robust operating practices, the Program Manager enables the design teams to focus on their task of design, whilst they work to seek out challenges for the team, to take on and cause correct, creating minimal impact on the teams ability to deliver outstanding design outcomes.
