Job Description

Within this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of Asset Servicing implementations, participating in all phases (e.g. from collecting business requirements, design, configuration, testing support, training to go-live activities). You will have ownership of Implementation activities, and will participate in workshops with external and internal clients to provide SME knowledge necessary to understand scope, define functional gaps. In addition, you will work with both on and offshore teams to document and ensure successful completion of activities.

Furthermore, the role provide advice on best-practice for Equity and Fixed Income Asset Servicing processes, and ensuring that requirements are valid. You will provide thorough and accurate documents to support the implementations process, as well as providing thorough external client training. Also, support of acceptance testing – specifically assistance in resolution of queries and defects - will be a key aspect of this role.

This role will include travelling to client site and providing on-site consultancy/training, and actively monitoring and reviewing of the implementation processes and driving initiatives to continually improve them.

  • Delivery of Asset Servicing solutions, participating in all phases (e.g. from gathering business requirements, design, configuration, testing support, training to go-live activities)
  • Owning requirements gathering and implementation activities, participating in workshops with external and internal clients to provide SME knowledge necessary to understand scope, define functional gaps and work with on / offshore teams to document and ensure successful completion of activities
  • Advising on best-practice for Equity and Fixed Income Asset Servicing processes, ensuring that requirements are valid
  • Production of thorough and accurate documents to support the implementations process, including external client training
  • Support of acceptance testing – specifically assistance in resolution of queries and defects
  • Travelling to client site and providing on-site consultancy/training
  • Actively monitoring and reviewing of the implementation processes and driving initiatives to continually improve them
