Product Manager

You will provide direction to new product development as well as support the ongoing management of the fund ranges.  Responsibilities would include:

• Ensure all product activities are completed within compliance and ensuring the investor is at the heart of the decision
• Initiate and support product development, develop ideas from conception through to implementation
• Proactively lead ongoing management of their existing fund ranges to ensure they remain fit for purpose, with a fair price and within the regulatory framework.  
• Work with the Investment teams, distribution, marketing, risk and finance to ensure product initiatives fits the business plan.

To be considered for this role you must have experience in a product management or development role from an Investment Management business, have a detailed knowledge of product structures such as UCITS, QIS, CCF and UK Pension Funds as well as knowledge of the UK and European markets.  You will have an indepth understanding of the regulatory landscape as well as an understanding of distribution.  As a person you will be very analytical, have strong attention to detail and have outstanding communication skills as you will need to communicate with board level.
