We are a software house within a renowned technology firm, building greenfield products and solutions from scratch for our clients.

We build the highly scalable enterprise software products in an incubator type model with each product working like a start-up.

You'll get to work with a stable, global name whilst also getting the benefits of a start-up environment, getting exposure to a range of greenfield products without having to move organisation.

The role

All of our products are enterprise-level, data-heavy, numerical and machine learning/data science-driven.

You will be accountable for the effective delivery into production of one of our products. You will have people leader responsibility for a multi-skill team of engineers and are big on Continuous Delivery and DevOps.

You will work closely with your Product Manager and Software Engineering Lead to shape the product backlog, release roadmap and delivery plans.

About you

We are looking for someone who is driven by building new products, passionate about leading and collaborating with others to make fantastic solutions.

You will have experience with:

• Recruiting and scaling teams
• Managing an agile team or team of developers
• Monitoring and delivering budgets
• Identifying innovative ways to unblock issues
• Staying up to date on technology changes and have an awareness of wider tech trends
