JP Morgan - Product Analyst ISO 20022 - 3 months - PAYE - Canary Wharf - Hybrid - 3 days office/2 day WFH

The ISO 20022 Team is responsible for the Payments Transformation of ISO 20022 for Treasury Services. As part of the global program we are specifically hiring an ISO 20022 Product Analyst to focus on the EMEA ISO 20022 migrations and ensuring the business readiness activities are completed. Whilst similar to a Business Analyst, the role will specifically focus on the readiness activities for the Product organisation.

Working within a team structure comprising of Product, Operations, Technology and UAT representatives, a Product Analyst is required to complete the following;

This role involves (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and track Product readiness plan ahead of ISO 20022 migrations across the EMEA region
  • Conduct walk through and training sessions to update stakeholders and user groups
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation, efficiency and standardization, present and drive process improvements
  • Work with Product partners and SMEs to document the business readiness for the ISO transformation
  • Working with SMEs, document a testing guide for the UAT team to ensure all regulatory reporting obligations and data lineage aspects are tested
  • Ensure that all product collateral is updated where necessary (i.e. formatting guides/marketing literature, implementation procedures)
  • Provide product support and engagement with the broader ISO Payment Transformation team as it relates to external client communications

Key Skills / Experience

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Payments and regulatory reporting obligations (e.g. Funds Transfer Regulation)
  • Understanding project management lifecycle
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Ability to build partnerships and work in a collaborative team environment
  • Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
  • Self-motivated, driven to learn and to achieve targets and deliverables
