This role requires an individual with extensive operational change experience who will be responsible for implementing changes as part of new projects (both strategic & regulatory) and business initiatives. You need the ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames, managing and resolving different, and sometimes conflicting, priorities, delivering on both individual projects and small changes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning the operational change effort and approach for projects and small change, including process and operating model changes, UAT, training and implementation.
  • Preparation or review of project documents where required
  • UAT planning, execution and sign off
  • Training and delivery across stakeholders on new initiatives, process or system changes
  • Providing support to business post implementation of change
  • Root cause analysis and resolution of process failures
  • Managing internal stakeholders and forging key relationships
  • Review processes against industry standards, commercial viability and suitability – identifying areas for improvements and implementing changes where necessary

Core Skills and Knowledge:

  • Regulatory knowledge as applicable to the role
  • To act with integrity at all time and embrace the philosophy of treating our clients fairly
  • Extensive operational change experience across all levels of the business, both IT and non-IT related


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to lead, influence and focus people within all levels of the business
  • Sound judgement, decision making & problem solving ability.
  • Planning and organising capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
