We are looking for Process Optimisation professionals, with a financial services background, seeking permanent opportunities to:
  • Work on process orientated projects in areas such as Business Process Reengineering
  • Demonstrate knowledge in process reengineering, continuous improvement, Lean six sigma, agile and (Robotics Process Automation)
  • Interact and work with a wide range of stakeholders including business subject matter experts and senior management to identify priorities and strategies to improve the efficiency of their respective business areas
  • Support client teams to successfully implement the agreed strategy by defining how key achievements are met and by helping drive delivery through to completion
  • Lead and develop a team on various Process Excellence activities such as modelling, improvement and re-engineering for our Financial Services clients

Skills and Expertise

  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma (Green and/or Black Belt) or Lean Delivery
  • Proficient in process definition and modelling, process improvement and/or process re-engineering
  • Experience of process automation frameworks and technologies (BPM, RPA, ML, AI)
  • Expertise in rules and problem identification / definition and resolution design with operational and workflow improvement
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels and interview business managers to collect appropriate information and lead focussed workshop with key individuals
  • Financial Services and/or consulting background is required but not essential
  • Knowledge of Financial Regulations (MIFID, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, FATCA, Basel etc)
  • Line management and leadership experience on and off project work
  • Keen to mentor and coach others and be responsible for developing successful teams
  • Strong stakeholders' management and excellent English communication skills both written and oral
  • Experience and/or awareness of various PM methodologies (PRINCE2, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
