Private Markets Product (12 Month Contract)

You will work across Private Assets with a particular focues on Private Debt (but backgrounds from PE, RE, Infrastructure will all be considered).

You will Structure new Investment Products.

Example project: a big institutional investor likes the firm's comingled funds but wants its own fund, so you will need to structure that new fund, be client facing, manage term negotiations, valuation modelling etc.

This role requires a technical candidate who understands a Private Markets Investment who can apply the knowledge to a Structuring role. You don't need to be an expert on the structures, the knowledge of Private Markets is key.

Ideal background:

• The role can be hired at Director or Senior Director level; so any experience 7 years + but could be significantly more.
• Candidate must be a hands on do-er.
• Extensived Private Markets knowlegde is essential.
• Financial modelling is essential.

The role is a 12 month fixed term contract, the client can wait for a three month notice period but candidate's must be aware this is not necessarily a permanent role.
