The Clearance and Collateral Technology (CCT) group is responsible for building technology to support three of the most critical services of BNY Mellon - US Govt Securities Clearance, US Triparty Repo and Global Collateral Management. These platforms are responsible for clearing and settling equity and fixed-income transactions in markets around the globe, and managing more than $3 trillion in global collateral.
The group is currently focused on modernization of its collateral management platform which will pave the way for the Future of Collateral for our business - providing strengthened platform resiliency and new trade capabilities within a unified system. All CCT applications are built for real-time operations aided by a data warehouse for reporting and business insights.
The group is transforming itself into a data- and user-centric organization and we are seeking a strong user experience analyst who can adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and multiple priorities. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing existing and proposed capabilities and conducting research on usability and customer experience. You will create designs, present solutions, prepare mockups / prototypes / wireframes / interaction diagrams, provide oversight to the development of screens and conduct testing on developed screens. We will also expect you to continuously research and enhance existing solutions and flows in line with modern user experience guidelines.

Requirements / Qualifications:
•8+ years overall experience •Strong research and analysis skills with a thorough understanding of user-interface design, information architecture and human factors. •Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other UI development tools. •Understanding of graphic designing and UI designing concepts. •Exceptional communication, organizational and personal skills. •Ability to handle and coordinate multiple initiatives in parallel and to prioritize effectively. •Documentation and presentation skills. •Experience designing user interfaces for distributed high-performance, high-availability systems. •Experience with and strong understanding of capital markets and financial services systems is preferred. •Experience working in a strong agile environment is preferred
